One thing is for sure that this time of staying home has allowed myself and many of my neighbors to catch up on projects we have been meaning to do but never seem to have the time to get around to.
We have put up new gutters around our house, painted our living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer and hallway. We have cleaned out our flower bed and hauled away things that needed to go to the landfill. And we are still not done. I have watched our neighbors working hard on their yards and houses as well. Our neighborhood has never looked so good.
I sure am glad God doesn’t put off His work in our lives like we tend to put off things that need to get done. Look at this passage from Philippians 1:6
Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Your name is not buried down on God’s to do list today. No, His Spirit is speaking to you every day as a believer and working in your life to draw you closer to Jesus Christ. He is not going to stop the good work He has started in your life. Trust God and know He’s got you today. You are going to make it. I am praying for you today!
